EVENTS FOR 2008

ADOPT-A GRANDPARENT (All Georgia Chapters) - The ladies of Theta Lambda Delta Sorority are currently working with the Cherry Blossom Nursing Home in Macon, GA by "adopting" some seniors at that specific facility. We chose the seniors that didn't have any grandchildren or had slight visitor cooperation and took them on as our adoptive "grandparents". Our first visit was during the pledging of our Summer Line 08 and it was a delightful visit. We are looking forward to returning back very soon.

PROJECT T.H.E.T.A. (T.O H.ELP E.DUCATE T.ROUBLED A.DOLESCENTS)

Project THETA is an outreach program geared towards our young people that are in middle and high school. So many of the young people are becoming parents before high school graduation and the only way to help solve the problem is by becoming apart of the solution. The women of Theta Lambda Delta feel strongly for the fight to save our young sisters before they make unchangable decisions altering what may have been promised for their lives.
